1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the Gbaaji platform (www.gbaaji.com) and its mobile application. By creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on Gbaaji, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Gbaaji is an online betting and gaming platform serving betting enthusiasts in Bangladesh. These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall be considered the definitive version.

1.1 Applicability

• These terms apply to Gbaaji's website, mobile app, and all other digital platforms.
• Gbaaji may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• No third party may claim any benefit under these terms and conditions.

2 Account Policy

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on Gbaaji, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Identity: You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• One Account: Each individual may register only one account.
• Valid ID: Gbaaji may request National ID or passport verification as part of the KYC process.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact Gbaaji support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Gbaaji accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay, please contact support.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted — all funds must be deposited from your own payment account.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal times.
• Gbaaji may temporarily hold any withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

4 Betting Rules

4.1 Conditions for Placing Bets

Keep the following in mind when placing bets on Gbaaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match is suspended or called off.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳20; the maximum varies by event and market.
• Odds change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final.
• Gbaaji reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an odds error.

4.2 Match Cancellations & Postponements

• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, a decision will be made in accordance with Gbaaji's own rules.
• If a selection is voided in an accumulator bet, it will be settled at odds of 1.0.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and vouchers on Gbaaji come with specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant offer's T&Cs before using them.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available exclusively to members whose accounts have been fully verified.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering multiplier (typically ×5 to ×7).
• Bonus balance and real money balance are tracked separately.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days, and may vary depending on the offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Gbaaji takes a strict stance on bonus abuse. The following activities will result in bonus forfeiture:

• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
• Multiple family members claiming separate bonuses from the same device.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing the maximum bet on a single selection immediately after receiving a bonus.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gbaaji and will result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same name or on the same device.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in Gbaaji's system.
• Using odds arbitrage or bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Operating an account using another member's identity.
• Impersonating Gbaaji staff.

7 Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure Initiated by the Member

You may close your Gbaaji account at any time. All pending bets must be settled before closure. Any remaining balance will be returned via your registered payment method (excluding bonus balance).

7.2 Closure Initiated by Gbaaji

Gbaaji may terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is proven.
• Registration using false or inaccurate information.
• If the member is confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8 Limitation of Liability

Gbaaji is not liable for:

• Bet cancellation or loss due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions due to server maintenance or technical issues.

Gbaaji makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Gbaaji takes your personal information very seriously. How and where your data is used is fully governed by our Privacy Policy discussed on this page.

• Gbaaji does not sell your personal information to any third parties.
• May disclose information to authorities when required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming
